What we collect
When you request a quote on this website we collect the details you enter: the services you want, your name, business or property name, email, phone number, property address and town, property type and size, timeline, preferred contact method and any notes.
To prove that you asked us to contact you, we also record the date and time you submitted the form, the exact consent statement you agreed to, the page you used, your IP address and your browser type.
When you call (973) 554-3453, an automated assistant answers. It collects the same kind of details by voice and saves them as a request. The phone service provider may keep a recording or transcript of the call.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which processes technical information about your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange a site visit and send a price.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about that request, as you agreed.
- To coordinate the work with the service company or contractor doing the job.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the TP service company or vetted contractor handling your request, and with the service providers that run this site for us.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored in a private database (Supabase) that only our team can access. The website and form run on Cloudflare. Email alerts about new requests go only to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we need them longer for an active job, an agreement with you or a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time; reply STOP to a text or tell us by email or phone. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, the form is protected against spam and abuse, and requests are stored privately with access limited to our team.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
